Booking Terms & Conditions
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and become binding only upon receipt of a written booking confirmation from Aurora Sea Resort.
Rates
All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Aurora Sea Resort reserves the right to modify rates at any time. Confirmed reservations will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Payment
Standard Rate & Packages
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 70% balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, Aurora Sea Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply the applicable cancellation charges.
Christmas & New Year Non-Refundable Packages
Christmas and New Year packages are sold exclusively under a 100% Non-Refundable Rate.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
The reservation cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded after confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate plan.
Standard Rate & Packages
More than 45 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Any payments received will be fully refunded.
45–15 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Christmas & New Year Non-Refundable Packages
Christmas and New Year packages are 100% non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, early departure or no-show.
No show
Failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show) will result in cancellation of the reservation.
The full reservation amount will be charged according to the applicable cancellation policy.
Reservation changes
Reservation changes are subject to availability.
Aurora Sea Resort reserves the right to charge any applicable rate differences when reservation dates or accommodation types are changed.
Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furnishings, equipment or other resort property during their stay.
Aurora Sea Resort reserves the right to charge guests for repair, replacement or additional cleaning costs resulting from damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Pets
Selected villas are pet-friendly.
Guests travelling with pets must notify Aurora Sea Resort prior to arrival.
Pet accommodation is subject to availability and additional charges or conditions may apply.
Smoking
All indoor areas, villas and public buildings are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking inside any building will result in a minimum cleaning fee and any additional costs required to restore the accommodation.
Force Majeure
Aurora Sea Resort shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions or other force majeure events.
Liability
Aurora Sea Resort is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
Guests are advised to obtain adequate travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses and personal property.
Right to refuse service
Aurora Sea Resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund if a guest’s behaviour is considered disruptive, abusive, dangerous, illegal or likely to negatively affect the safety, comfort or wellbeing of other guests, staff or the resort.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
